TAWY is a small Belgian brand behind tawy.be. We sell one practical idea: a full-size reusable tote that stays with you as a compact keychain pouch.

Our goal is simple: make it easier to carry a reusable shopping bag, so you can skip single-use bags whenever a reusable option is enough.

Orders for New Zealand are handled through tawy.be with tracked international delivery, clear returns, and direct support by e-mail or WhatsApp if you need help before or after ordering.

Delivery

Delivery to New Zealand

Tracked delivery to New Zealand usually takes around 9-12 business days after dispatch.

This is a careful estimate, not a fixed delivery date. Once your order is dispatched, tracking is sent by e-mail.

We keep delivery wording simple and conservative because individual shipment rules can vary.

Returns

30-day returns

If you are not happy with your TAWY, contact us within 30 days after delivery.

E-mail support@tawy.be with your order number and a short message. We will reply with the next steps.

The item should be undamaged and, where possible, returned in clean condition. If a product arrives damaged or wrong, contact us with photos.

Refunds

How refunds work

After return approval, refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider.

If an item is damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly, we will find a fair solution: replacement, refund, or another suitable option depending on the situation.
