15-day return window

We offer a 15-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your TAWY, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Items must be free of stains, odors, and damage
• Proof of purchase is required

How to initiate a return

1. Contact us at support@tawy.be with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (within the EU)
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the label
4. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired color or variant.

Damaged or defective items

If your TAWY arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
